If you would like a tracking number it will be an extra $20-$25.00 USD (that's what we get charged for it). I can tell you from experience though that I'm working here over a year and a half and I have never had a problem with packages arriving in Japan, to their rightful owner. It might take a while to receive but they do arrive.
Please let me know if you would like the tracking number. I would need to tell my manager now.
