実際に届いた数量で、正しいインボイスを発行してください。
また、前回の注文で不良品があったので、今回送って下さるとの事でしたが
入っていませんでした。
次回の注文時に一緒に発送してくれますか？

There was a quantity difference between the Custom packing list and the actual quantity.
The attached documents are the ones made in Custom.
Only 9 of □ have arrived. Instead, 2 of ● arrived.
They can’t go through Custom as the invoice and the actual items are different.
Could you please issue an invoice with the actual quantity?
Also, you told us that this time round you would send us the defective items that you sent us last time but they aren’t in the parcel.
Could you please send them with our next order?

We cannot go through the custom declaration due to the discrepancy for both invoice and contents of the percel.
Please issue the exact invoice for me with actual number of delivery.
