私はセラーには返金の約束を守ってほしいと考えています。
ただ、残念ながら私の家族が誤って商品を捨ててしまい、商品を返品することができなくなりました。
これに関しては私の落ち度ですので、もし全額返金が望めないならば全額返金は強いて主張しません。
ただ、当初からセラーは商品を返品せず、一部もしくは全額返金の約束はしていますので、
その約束は守っていただきたいと考えています。
この取引について、私は何らかの補償を受け取ることは可能ですか？
I told the seller to honor the refund agreement.
But unfortunately my family threw the product away by mistake so I can no longer return it.
This is my failure so if the seller doesn't want to refund the full amount, I can't insist on the full amount strongly.
But from the start the seller promised to refund in full or in part without me returning the item.
I want that promise honored.
Will I be able to receive some compensation from this transaction.
