型番が違いますので、枚数やサイズが異なります。
シートの違いを補うために余分なパッドを入れた、と説明されていますが、
そもそも製品が違いますので、納得できる理由にはなりません。
製品が違うのであれば、なぜ出荷前に説明をしなかったのですか？
勝手に違う製品を送っているのを認めておられるので、全額返金を希望します。
返送料金が高いので、製品は破棄します。
注文時の製品の写真がありますのでPaypalに証明することができます。
It is not the same product.
As the product number is different so that number and size also defers.
It is saying that it puts extra pad in order to adjust the difference of the seat, but it is not reasonable explanation due to the different product at all.
How come didn't you make a prior notice so before the shipping?
I strongly demand to full refund please , because you have admitted that you have sent different item for me. As the shipping charge is expensive therefore the item to be thrown away.
