郵便追跡番号ですがお間違えはないでしょうか？日本から現在この番号では郵便追跡ができない状態になっています。そちらの国からの郵便追跡では発送状況は現在どのような進行になっているのか教えてください。日本からはなぜか確認ができないのでよろしく頼みます。
また郵送する際の発送伝票のコピーがあったら写真添付していただければ、こちらの郵便局からも確認することができるかもしれないのでお願いします。それでは引き続きよろしくお願いいたします。

Are your sure if the postal tracking number is correct? The postal tracking with this number from Japan is currently unavailable. Please advise the current shipping status from your country through the postal tracking. Since we cannot confirm it from Japan for no reason, your cooperation is appreciated.

As for the post tracking number, is it a correct one? From Japan, this tracking number is not available now. Please tell me what is happening with the tracking number from you? As we cannot check it somehow from Japan, please check it. If you have a copy of the shipping slip, please send it to me, as it might help our post office to check it.
