かじっているネジ部の内径をエンドミルで削り、ネジを外す。
ポール側のネジにタップを立てて、再度ネジを切り直す。
図面寸法を頼りに加工するが、加工時にポールを傷つける可能性がある。
削るネジがおねじのため、ネジが外れない場合がある。
ポールのネジの損傷が激しい場合は修正できない場合がある。
ボルトは再製作が必須です。
ポールの修正が出来ない場合、再製作が必要になります。
上記のリスクを了承の上、修正を進めたいと考えておりますが、

Drilling with the endmill inside the screw caught and remove the screw which couldn't turn.
Tapping at the screw at ball side, and drill again to make it new.
As processing with referring the diagram but there might be chance to scratch to the ball when processing.
Drilling screw is a male so that it might be removed.
If damage area is extraordinary at the ball, there might be possibility to amend.
The bolt must be reformatted.
As the amendment cannot be performed for the ball, it will required to remake.
I would like to perform under those conditions mentioned above.
