Once again I'd like to say thank you for the order, I have checked this and we have the stock here in UK to be able to complete the order, so once paid we can start packing them straight away. I will ask our accounts team to raise an invoice for you, could I just check the delivery address? Last time the pricing was £50GBP, so we are happy to keep the price as this again. This price was ex-works so we will also let you know the shipping cost once packed and we have dimensions, unless you would prefer your own forwarders to collect?

For your last order you also had your custom guarantee card - which we have some in stock, would you like these in this order too?
For the future, please could you confirm the retail price that Pazzo will be selling the watches for? The reason I ask, is after our 7 trade shows we are looking at the future of the Japanese market and our options. As you know we have many different companies in Japan always asking to be our distributor, for our home products as well as our watches, so we are having conversations with a number of people who have different requirements.

We want watches to work for everyone so we are looking at the best options for our brand, we want to make it work for you to support you and to develop a business which works for everyone where you can still sell on to make money.
We have also had a number of large Japanese companies who are interested in our brand, from Itoya, to Itochu and Loft which is exciting for us but also another reason we need to make sure we are positioning the brand properly. Hope you understand our situation.
