小さいサイズの段ボール箱にクエストバー２箱が入って送られてきました。
注文書は同封されていませんでした。
後日、残り４箱と注文書が届くと思って待っていましたが届きません。
１月18日、21日に注文した商品は届いています。
こちらの注文ミスかと思い、注文履歴を確認しましたが、やはり６箱注文しています。
残り４箱は発送されていますか？
クエストバーは過去に何度も注文しています。国際送料14.99＄がかかるので、
１～２箱の注文では、商品１箱当たりの送料が割高になるため、毎回６箱注文しています。
I received two boxes of quest bars in a smaller size carbon box.
Order sheet wasn’t enclosed with it.
I thought the rest four boxes and the order sheet would come later on but it hasn’t come yet.
The items I ordered on 18th January and 21st January have come already.
I thought it might have been my order mistake and looked at the order history yet I found I ordered six boxes.
Have you shipped out the rest four boxes?
I have ordered quest bars many times so far. Since it cost me $14.99 for the international shipping charge, I order six boxes at one time every time I order because the shipping charge for one box will be high which won’t worth it if I order one box or two.
以前、注文商品が在庫切れした際、商品代のみ返金されましたが、
こちらは、送料＋商品代の合計金額で、他のお店と比較した上でGNCで購入しているので、
商品代だけ返金されても困ります。
もし、残り４箱が発送されていない場合、返金処理はしないで下さい。
その場合は、再度、クエストバーを６箱注文しますので、
それを発送する際に、残り４箱を同梱して下さい。
まずは、残り４箱の発送状況を教えて下さい。
何らかのミスで４箱が発送されていない場合は、
次の注文時に同梱してもらうという対応で大丈夫でしょうか？
Before I only got paid back for the item price when the item I ordered got out of stock but I don’t know what to do if I only get refunded for the item price because I purchase them in GNC after comparing the amount of the postage plus the item price to other stores.
In case the rest four boxes haven’t been shipped out please do not go for the refund process.
In that case I will order the quest bars six boxes once again so please enclose the rest four boxes when you send them.
So please tell me the shipping situation of the rest four boxes first.
In the case the four boxes haven’t been shipped out yet due to some sort of mistake could you please enclose them to the items I order next time?
