発送の時に同梱してくださるインボイスについて。
税関より、合計金額のみののインボイスでは
通関手続きがスムーズにできないと言われました。
添付した画像をご確認ください。
この形式だと、トータルの金額なのでだめだそうです。
そのためインボイスには商品名、値段、個数の入ったものを付けてください。
そして、同梱したインボイスと同じものを私にも発送時にPDFで送ってください。
税関からの問い合わせ時に、私の持っているインボイスと通関時のインボイスに
相違があるとトラブルになるのでお願いします。
Concerning the invoice that is shipping with the package.
According to customs, only the invoice concerning the total amount
was unable to go smoothly through customs processing.
Please see the attached image.
With this system, because it is the total paymentl amount it doesn't seem feasible.
Therefore invoices should have the item name, value, and number of items inside attached please.
Furthermore, the same item and attached invoice should be sent to me via PDF as well at the time of shipping please. When customs inquires, if there is a discrepancy between the invoice I possess and the one with customs clearing, will cause problems so please be careful.
