知的財産権で出品をブロックされて側は、下記メールアドレスで対応しているようです。

残念ながら、弁理士には、意匠権も特許ももうとれないと言われています。
意匠権は、売り始めてから6ヶ月以内だったらとれたのですが、意匠権で販売を止めても、少し製品の形を変えて販売したら効力がないと言われたので取りませんでした。
工場を訴えることはできそうですか？
Regarding the email address of Amazon team in charge of intellectual property right, apparently they are only available with the form.
Ever since they got blocked for exhibition by intellectual property right they have apparently been responding at the following address.
What about sending to this one here?
Unfortunately I have told by my attorney that I would not be able to obtain either design right or patent.
As to the design right I could if within six months but they told me even if I stop them selling the product if they manage to sell them changing the shape of the product a little bit it won’t do a thing so I didn’t.
Could I sue the factory?
