Sue Austin

Dear Ms. Sue Austin,
Thank you very much for your reply.
My accountant says that they can not submit the document to HMRC.
The document doesn't have EORI number, either.
Would it be OK if my accountant contacts you directly?
I would very much appreciate it if you would explain to him that HMRC will accept the document.
Also, I believe that he will tell you what is missing on the document if any.
Do you mind if I tell him your email address?

Dear Sue Austin
Thank you for the reply.
The accounting office I'm dealing says that the document cannot be submitted to HMRC.
EORI number is not written on that document, either.
If possible, would it be all right to contact you by the person in charge from my accounting office?
It would be helpful if you could explain to the person that the document is supposed to be accepted by HMRC.
If there are some failures in the document, that person in charge will explain what the problems are.
May I pass on your e-mail address?
