Thank you for the reply.
The accounting office I'm dealing says that the document cannot be submitted to HMRC.
EORI number is not written on that document, either.
If possible, would it be all right to contact you by the person in charge from my accounting office?
It would be helpful if you could explain to the person that the document is supposed to be accepted by HMRC.
If there are some failures in the document, that person in charge will explain what the problems are.
