1.Account NameとBill-To Account Numberは何を記載すればいいのですか?支払いに使うクレジットカードの情報ですか?
もしくは銀行口座の情報ですか?
2.クレジットカード情報の下にある二つの空欄(赤枠で示しています)は何を記載すればよいですか?
