どうやら、バイヤーのアカウントにdefectを残さずに、caseを閉じるには、私が落札手数料を払うしかなさそうですね。商品代金はもらえないのに、落札手数料を払うのは損した気持ちですが、私が処理を間違ったので仕方ないですね。
ちなみに、バイヤーのアカウントにdefectを残さずに、caseを閉じるには、どのように画面を進めればいいですか？バイヤーにも操作してもらう必要があるのでしたら彼に説明が必要です。宜しくお願いします。

Sounds like I have to pay the bidding fee in order to close the case without leaving a defect to the buyer's account. I feel like ripped off paying the bidding fee without the product amount, but I supposed there is nothing to do as I dealt with it wrong.
By the way, how can I proceed on the screen to close the case without leaving any defect on the buyer's account? If it needs to be operated by the buyer, I need to explain the situation to him.
