It seems that shipping was omitted from your order that you placed online. After removing the Valencia and adding the shipping the balance due is $99.49.
Something to consider, I see a lot of smaller recent orders. If you are able to combine any small orders and reach $1500, we would be able to ship to OR for free.
We currently have units from this order pulling from multiple warehouses, so please understand that although we will try our best to accommodate to cut down on freight costs for you, if this order is split between multiple facilities, there may be more difficulty shipping per your requirements.
