前述の通り、弊社は通販企業、化粧品会社との経験が豊富です。弊社独自開発のシステムによる注文処理、顧客管理も行っていますし、clientが提供する管理ソフト（zendeskなど）の経験もあります。また、clientと一緒にUIやUXの観点から顧客管理ソフトのコンサルティング、導入サポートの実施の経験もございます。
As mentioned above, our company has an abundance of experiences regarding mail-order and cosmetic companies. We are also handling orders and customer management by our proprietary system, and have experience in management software (zendesk etc.) provided by client. In addition, we also have consulting customer management software from the viewpoint of UI and UX together with client, as well as carry out implementation support.
