We had typhoon and earthquake in Japan this month, and the airport was closed for a long time where distribution of items has been stopped. Part of the item that had been sent remained in the facility of the airport for nearly a month, and I could not track it. I sent the item to you, but cannot check it. As I do not want you to wait for it more, I am going to send the same item again. As I finished preparation of sending it, you will receive it at the designated address in five to eight days. I am going to pay all the fee required additionally. I am going to notify you the tracking number within twenty four hours.

We sincerely apologize for the trouble. As you mentioned, the tracking number cannot be confirmed. Flurry of tyhoon and earthquake attacked throughout Japan of this month caused disruption of logistics by the closure of Nagasaki Airport. Some of shipped products were retained in airport facility almost one month, and remaind untrackable. Your item has been already sent out, however we are unable to check the current situation. We would not like to keep you waiting anymore, therefore we will resend the same product again. Preparation of shipment is now completed, it should be arrived in 5-8 days. We are going to bear all the additional cost. Tracking number will be informed within 24 hours.
