お客様の仰る通りで追跡番号が確認出来ず、ご迷惑をおかけし申し訳ありません。今月日本に台風、地震が相次いで起こり、長期空港が閉鎖され物流が滞りました。また発送済の一部商品が空港施設内で1か月近く滞留し追跡出来ない状態になっていました。お客様の商品は既に送ったものの状況が確認出来ず、これ以上お待たせするのは申し訳ない為同じ商品を再発送致します。既に発送準備は終えておりあと5日～8日程度でご指定の住所へ届きます。追加費用は全て当方で負担します。追跡番号は24時間以内にお報せします。

Flurry of tyhoon and earthquake attacked throughout Japan of this month caused disruption of logistics by the closure of Nagasaki Airport. Some of shipped products were retained in airport facility almost one month, and remaind untrackable. Your item has been already sent out, however we are unable to check the current situation. We would not like to keep you waiting anymore, therefore we will resend the same product again. Preparation of shipment is now completed, it should be arrived in 5-8 days. We are going to bear all the additional cost. Tracking number will be informed within 24 hours.
