日本語のマニュアルがない場合は弊社で作成するので、pdf等のデータでマニュアルをいただけると有り難いのですが、提供可能でしょうか？

I have written the dealer application nd contract so i am attaching them.
i am happy to have been able to do various transactions on goods with your company but at the current time we are first studying the purchase of xxx.
in selling this product in Japan, a manual in Japanese will be necessary. Does it have a Japanese manual?
If there is no Japanese manual, our company will compose it so i would be grateful if you can give the manual in data form, in pdf etc. Can you provide that?
