私達はその規制を日本郵便に通知されていませんでした。
この商品の充電ケースとイヤホンを一つの貨物として送ることができません。
私達はこれまでこの商品を日本郵便で送りました。しかし、問題は起こりませんでした。
もし、この商品を送る場合、この貨物を私達に一度戻して、充電ケースとイヤホンを分けて送る必要があります。

Recently the application of Civil Aeronautics Act of Japan Post is very strict.
Japan Post applied the regulation which is not disclosed to users to this product.
The regulation was not noticed to us by Japan Post.
We can not send a charging case and earphones of this product as one cargo.
We used to send this product by Japan Post, but no problems occured.
If we send this product, we need to have this cargo back to us first and send a charging case and earphones separately.
