With regard to the 20% OFF coupon code received previously, it cannot be used now even for items which are not on sale.
I am preparing to buy more from your shop for the 2018 FW season but can you please make sure that the coupon code can also be used for fixed price items?
In addition, the delivery fee used to be waived for orders above EUR 400 but it has been raised to EUR 500 now. Can you change the minimum order amount for the free delivery back to EUR 400?
