1日でも御社からの支払が遅延した場合、期日翌日に裁判所へ財産の仮押さえ申請を提出し、裁判開始のプレスリリースを公表いたします。

If payment from your company is delayed even for a single day, we will submit a temporary application to the court on the following day to hold the property. We will announce the press release at the start of the trial.
