There's no way for us to know about remote area surcharges until we check through our invoices from DHL.
We've recently checked through them and noticed your shipments have a remote area surcharge added on.
From now on, a remote area surcharge will be added to each delivery charge.
We make absolute 0 on shipping charges, we only charge you what DHL charge us.
