日本のFedEx経由で、アメリカのFedExからReneeさんへ連絡を入れてもらうことが出来る旨確認できました。
つきましては、これからAWBillの作成とリモートピックアップの手配を進めていきます。
AWBillの作成とリモートピックアップの手配が完了したら、AWBillとインボイスと原産地証明書を送ります。
リモートピックアップの手配完了次第スケジューリングに関するメールがいくと思いますのでご調整をお願いします。

I was able to confirm from the US Fedex, via the Japan Fedex, that they can include a message to Renee for me.
Consequently, the creation of the AWBill and arrangements for the remote pickup will now proceed.
Once the AWBill and arrangements for the remote pickup are completed, I will send the AWBill, invoice and certificate of origin.
I think emails regarding the scheduling will proceed upon completion of the arrangements for the remote pickup so please make adjustments.

As such, we have begun preparations to create the AW bill and arrange for remote pick-up.
Once we are done with the creation of the AW bill and arrangements for the remote pick-up, we will send the AW bill, invoice and place of production certificate.
When the arrangements for the remote pick-up are completed, I think that there will be an email about the scheduling so please make your adjustments accordingly.
