発送いただいた追跡番号"RB62***DE”のことですがドイツ郵便で照合したところで動いていないようです。間違いなく日本の住所にて発送したでしょうか？間違ってアメリカに届いたか心配です。追跡番号が間違っていれば正しい番号をお知らせ下さい。
可能であれば発送された時の住所のわかる伝票の画像を添付してメッセージに連絡頂けたらとおもいます。

Regarding the tracking number "RB62***DE", it seems not to work according to comparing with Germany post. Did you send with Japanese address absolutely? I am afraid it arrived in America by mistake. If the tracking number is wrong, please let me know the right one.
If possible, I hope the image of receipt which is shown the address when shipping will be attached and contact to the message.
