I contacted about filing of exemption of state tax.
I had to pay the state tax I did not have to pay before.
I had to pay the state tax only when I purchased an item from Amazon by unknown reason.
I list address here.
An acquaintance under the same situation was refunded the state tax.

Re: exemption of state tax
I noticed state tax was charged on items normally non-taxed items.
They were only the goods bought directly from Amazon.
