○Melting Deviceを使用した時の作業手順
1.イン側のボルトを2本残してはずす。2本は緩めた後、軽く当たるまで締める。
アウト側のボルトはすべてはずす。
2.アウトレットカバーをはずして、治具を使用して吊り上げる
3.Melting Deviceで加熱し、バンドルを引き抜く
4.ハウジングをMelting Deviceから取り出し、インレットカバーと分解する。
Work procedure using Melting Device
1) Unscrew all the bolts from “IN” except two of the bolts. Loosen two remaining bolts then tighten again lightly until it touches the other end. Unscrew all the bolts from “OUT”.
2) Remove outlet cover and lift using a jig.
3) Heat with Melting Device, then pull out the bundle.
4) Take out the housing from Melting Device, then take it apart from inlet cover.
