■納期
最初にＰＪスケジュール表を作成する。
・スケジュールよりＸ日以上生産遅延した場合は違約金が発生。
・スケジュールよりＸ日以上生産遅延した場合は契約無効とし、支払い済みの費用を返金する。
・但し弊社との合意があれば上記違約金の支払い、又は契約解除、返金の回避は可能。

■Delivery
Create a PJ schedule table first.
- The penalty shall occur in the case of production delay past xx days from the scheduled date.
- The contract shall be expired in the case of production delay past xx days from the scheduled date.
- Provided, however, the above penalty payment or contract cancellation, and refund can be avoided with a prior agreement with us.
