荷物不着の件
至急確認してください。
上記URLからtracking historyを見ると2月18日に配達済みとなっています。
しかし私はまだ荷物を受け取っていません。
宛先住所(既に配達された住所)は日本ではなくドイツになっています。
宛名は私で間違っていません。
教えていただいた追跡番号が間違っているのか、表示の不具合なのか調査をお願いします。
まずはお返事をお待ちしています。

The matter for not being delivered the item
Please check right away.
Looking at the tracking history in URL, the item has been delivered on 18 February.
However, I have not yet received the item.
The address (already delivered to the address) is not in Japan but in Germany.
The name is correct.
Either the tracking number told was wrong or any wrong doting with the display, could you please check it.

About non-arrival package.
Please confirm immediately.
I'm checking tracking history from above URL, it shows delivered on February 18th.
But I haven't receive the package.
The shipping address (which is delivered address) is Germany, not Japan.
I didn't put wrong address.
Please confirm if the tracking number was wrong or error of indication.
