郵便局は送料を返金しないと言っています。
その為、私は郵便局と送料の返金について交渉中です。
原因を明確にする為に調査を依頼しましたが、恐らく送料は返金されないでしょう。
商品をキャンセルする事も、再発送する事も可能です。
再発送する場合は送料($42)をもう一度お支払い頂く必要があります。
キャンセルする場合は料金を返金致しますが、本体代金のみの返金になります。
ご検討頂ければ幸いです。
クレジットカードの支払いでも、paypalを経由しお支払い頂ければ問題はありません。
The post office said they will not return shipping charge.
Therefore, I am negotiating about refund of shipping charge with the post office.
I asked to investigate on it to clarify the cause, but probably shipping charge will not be refunded.
I can cancel or resend the item.
In case of resend, you have to pay for the shipping charge ($42) again.
In case of cancellation, I will make refund but refund will be only for the amount of item.
