I have purchased products from you in the past.
It was a present to a friend in Japan.
It is a bit late for Christmas, but I sent it to friend in Japan.
However, upon opening the box and turning on the switch of the lightsaber, it was discovered that the light soon faded. This doesn't make it much of a product. My friend is very disappointed. What can I do about this? Having it exchanged would cost a fair deal of money seeing as it has to be shipped from Japan to the USA. If possible, can I have my money back instead? The product is useless.
