Dear Customer, we checked the Order and the Video Footage when our Stuff packed your Goods
You ordered in this Order, 1.Piece Hoodie Grey Camo and one Piece Grey Black Hoodie.
On the Picture below is just the Black Hoodie Visible, the Other one is either not delivered yet or your Customer did not make a Picture.
As we said we checked the security Footage from the Cameras when the goods where packed, as we knew the Day and time, we can do that with any Order, for future Reverence, and it showed that there was the right goods shipped, can you explain please what you mean?

お客様各位。お客様の注文をスタッフが積めた際に映像で注文を確認しています。フードつきグレーのカモフラージュのトレーナー1着とグレー黒のフードつきトレーナー1着でした。下記の写真は黒のフードつきトレーナーVisibleで、もう1着はまだ配達されていないか、お客様が写真を撮っていないかったかと思います。
申し上げた通り、品物が荷造りされる際は日夜を通し確認のため防犯カメラでチェックし、注文全てにそのようにしています。ですので間違った商品が発送されることはありません。そちら様で詳細を説明してもらえますか？
