Special-Oリングを使用すると、Oリングシール部のクリアランスが少しずつ広がります。
つまり、Aは消耗品扱いになります。その費用は生産をキープするための必要コストとして認知されています。
ただし、どのくらい洗浄できるか、どの程度研磨できるのかの指標はありません。
日本の実績において、Aの交換までの年数は2～3年になるので、わずか数回の洗浄で使用不可になることは恐らくないかと思います。
納期についてはAが弊社に到着後、約2ヶ月です。
Are you doing the chemical cleaning after heat process?
On using Special-O ring, the clearance in the part of O ring seal is gradually spreading.
Namely, A is treated as consumable supply. It is recognized that the cost is necessary for keeping the production.
However, there is no index how it can be cleaned or to what extent it can be polished.
The number of years to exchange A is two or three years in Japanese actual performance, so I think it won't become non-usable after just a few cleaning.
Regarding the delivery due date, it would be in two months after A is delivered to us.
