Since we have already given you a full refund, I would like to do my best to solve this problem in a different way such as a shipment of the same item for free (by express with tracking), sales of some other item for a very reasonable price, or sale of an item of your desire (I will look for it in Japan.). Items should arrive at your country from Japan in about a week by express according to our actual results in the past month. If you have any proposals, please feel free to let us know. I would appreciate it if you would at least understand the situation and change the review. I'm thinking of solving it by approaching with different ways since the entire amount was already refunded. I'd like to help you in any possible way by searching an item for you and trying to sell in Japan, shipping the same items for free ( express service with a tracking number ) and selling other items at a sale price and so on. As an example, packages arrived in about a week in these past one month using express services. If you have any idea, please let me know.
