Since we have already given you a full refund, I would like to do my best to solve this problem in a different way such as a shipment of the same item for free (by express with tracking), sales of some other item for a very reasonable price, or sale of an item of your desire (I will look for it in Japan.). Items should arrive at your country from Japan in about a week by express according to our actual results in the past month. If you have any proposals, please feel free to let us know.
