昨日からpaypalで支払いを試みているのですが、
何らかの原因でpaypalにログイン出来ない状態が続いています。
ブラウザーの変更など、色々な事を試してみましたがログイン出来ない状態です。
paypalに問い合わせたところ、出品者から請求書を送って頂いて、
そのWEBページから支払いを行って下さいとの事でした。
お手数ですが、請求書を送ってください。

Hello,
I have tried the payment via paypal since yesterday, but the state in which I cannot log in to paypal for some kind of causes has continued.
I tried the various things including the change of the browser, but still in a condition not to be able to log in.
I referred that to paypal, who told me to have I had a bill sent from the exhibitor and to pay from their WEB page.
Sorry for your inconvenience but, please send me the bill.
