　自分の業務だけではなく、会社の方針や他部門の状況を踏まえて、業務計画を立てる。また、状況が変化した場合に備え、複数のバックアッププランを用意しておき、臨機応変に業務計画を見直す。
2.新しいアイデアの生み出す能力の向上
　新しいアイデアを発見・生み出す方法を習得するため、社外研修やWeb研修を受講する。

Establish a business plan, not just your own duties, taking into consideration of the company's policies and status of each division. Also, be ready for the status quo to change and prepare backup plans, review business plans adaptably.

Based on not only my own assignment but also the company policy and the status of other department, I will establish the business plan. Also I will prepare multiple back-up plans in case the situation would change and will flexibly review the business plan.
