Zは元々1階喫茶店2・3階住居だった建物を多世帯 計7人 の家族が気兼ねする事なく暮らせる様にリノベーションをした。
家族5人分の自転車と親世帯の物干し＆バルコニーを確保する為に建物を一部減築し、更に道路側からの目隠しとしてアクリルのパネルを設置した。
子供室や寝室は敢えて小さく計画しているが、各部屋から自由に使えるプレイルームを設ける事で家族の繋がりや感覚的な広がりが感じられる様にした。
更に広場のベンチのイメージとして、家中のどこにでも腰掛けれる様に室内の床高さに変化をつけた。

Part of the building was reduced to build a place for bicycle for 5 members, hanging outfits for parents and balcony. In addition, acrylic panel was set to hide it from the road.
The room of child and bed room are dared to be planned to be small. But by setting the play room that can be used freely from each room, we feel connection of the family and feel larger. As the image of bench of the plaza, height of the floor in the room is varied so they can sit anywhere in the house.

Z was originally a coffee shop on the first floor and on the second and third floors were residence and I renovated the house to 7 family members can live without feeling constraint.
In order to have bicycles space for 5 persons, hanging clothes and a balcony, I reduced partly, moreover, put acrylic panels in order to hide from the road side.
