フォワーダーに確認したところ、現地代理店が記入するものではないか？とのことでした。
今回、FOBで発送とのことですが、現地代理店は御社指定の通関業者を使われるのでしょうか？
もし御社指定の通関業者があれば、そちらにBLの作成を依頼してください。
もしこちら指定の通関業者に委託するということでしたら、連絡先は下記になります。
こちらにすみませんが、先週いただいた書類を転送して記入してもらってください。

In regard to the document that you sent us last week, I don't know how to fill out forms.
