On the plan it says to fasten with xx inches screw.
They do not have plastic tubes with them. They used copper pipe for piping on their shipbuilding.

When they checked the joint, the size is not xx inches but they found the outside diameter is xx millimeters. (When they put xxmm copper pipe, it fit.)
They want a joint to join the xxmm copper pipe.
Also, are there the any other same joint pipes which need to join?
