48. 国の政党は(d)日本と韓国間における２０１５年１２月２８日の合意を改定する。この目的は、第２次世界における存命中の慰安婦に補償が提供されることを確認するためである。これには会議の第１４条に準拠した補償及び回復への権利にみならず２度とこのようなことを繰り返さないことの補償及び確信への権利が含まれる。
