Tcを用いたに代表される唾液腺シンチは主に耳下腺,顎下腺に集積し,唾液として排泄される.クエン酸負荷による分泌刺激とあわせて唾液腺機能の指標となり,び漫性疾患では唾液腺炎,舌咽神経麻痺,放射線照射等の疾患で用いられる.腫瘍性病変においてもワルチン腫瘍とその他の鑑別に有効である.またFDG-PETはFDG集積の目安としての半定量値であるSUVを用いることで,唾液腺腫瘍の局所病変診断,病期診断,治療評価のいずれにおいても重要になり,今日の核医学画像診断には欠かせない存在である.

It becomes guidlines of salivary gland functioning together with secretion stimulus, and for Bi chronic disease, it is used for diseases such as salivary glanditis, glossopharyngeal paralysis and irradiation.
