Tcを用いたに代表される唾液腺シンチは主に耳下腺,顎下腺に集積し,唾液として排泄される.クエン酸負荷による分泌刺激とあわせて唾液腺機能の指標となり,び漫性疾患では唾液腺炎,舌咽神経麻痺,放射線照射等の疾患で用いられる.腫瘍性病変においてもワルチン腫瘍とその他の鑑別に有効である.またFDG-PETはFDG集積の目安としての半定量値であるSUVを用いることで,唾液腺腫瘍の局所病変診断,病期診断,治療評価のいずれにおいても重要になり,今日の核医学画像診断には欠かせない存在である.
Representing scintigraphy of salivary gland which is known for using Tc, Tc mainly accumulates in parotid gland and excrete as saliva. This will be an indication of the function of salivary gland together with the secretion stimulation by citrate loading and it will be used for the diffuse disease such as salivary glanditis, glossopharyngeal paralysis, irradiation. It is also effective for distinguishing benign tumor legion with Warutin tumor and others. Moreover, FDG-PET is indispensable for the diagnosis by nuclear medical imaging today in either of partial legion diagnosis, stage diagnosis, treatment evaluation of malignant tumor of salivary gland using SUV which is semi-quantitative value as the standard of FDG accumulation.
