何年も御社と付き合ってきたが今までで一番ひどい状態で届いた。
もう二度と絶対に彼に私の荷物を担当させないで！
今まで多少の破損などは大目に見て報告しなかったが、今回ばかりはもう我慢の限界だ。
保険を適用するので手順を教えて下さい。

What's more, all products were haphazardly thrown in, the box was crushed and all items too are in an awful state.
My items look like garbage.
Mr. O before was very careful and did things perfectly. but Mr. ▲ this time is the worst.
It's been so many years that your company and I have been together but so far this is the most awful state that they were delivered.
I will absolutely never again entrust my packages to that man.
So far some damages I was able to overlook and didn't report them but this time it's too much that I couldn't stand it any longer.
I will use insurance so please tell me the procedure.
