Additional info: 転送業者に商品の梱包、発送を代行させているが、「クッション材を入れる」などの梱包オプションも一切適用されていない上に、届いた段ボールの中の商品は、まるでゴミのような無残な姿になって届きました。強くクレームを訴えます。

前回の〇氏はとても丁寧で完璧だったが今回の▲氏は最悪だ。
何年も御社と付き合ってきたが今までで一番ひどい状態で届いた。
もう二度と絶対に彼に私の荷物を担当させないで！

今まで多少の破損などは大目に見て報告しなかったが、今回ばかりはもう我慢の限界だ。
保険を適用するので手順を教えて下さい。
今回は本当にガッカリだ
