If the whole of wood deck is repaired, it costs a lot. So I will plan to repair only the broken part (the wooden part).
The agency will visit you to repair it at 10:30 on April 8th(Sat). Would it work for you?
Also would it be possible for the interpreter to be present there in that time slot?

Now I am planning to repair only for broken area (wood) because it will be expensive if try to renovate overall.
Construction company will go to construction on 8th April 10:30. Is it possible for you?
And is it possible for you to go with translator also for this time period?

The contractor is scheduled to go to the construction work on April 8th (Friday). Do you agree?
