Please note that any shipments processed on the linked shipper numbers will clear under your NRI Brokerage Account and you will be invoiced any applicable Customs charges for your Canadian shipments. All NRI shipments must be processed on the shipping account number that is linked to the NRI Brokerage Account.

The SOLD TO section of the commercial invoice is very important as well as the way your shipment is keyed into the system. The SOLD TO field reflects the Importer of Record information and as a NRI you are the Importer of Record. (See slide 11)
It should reflect the following:

Line 1 and 2 of the address fields will reflect your US Company address information; however, the City and Province must be Canadian as your NRI Brokerage Account number is a Canadian account number.
Slide 20 references the commercial invoice and how to properly enter the Sold to Information. Please ensure you uncheck “ship to same as sold to” so the NRI information populates the Sold to Field.
