出来れば二週間待ってほしい。そちらのほうが海外送金のコストが安い。

There are ways to send money without the information but it won't make the deposit due within 9 days. It will take two weeks.
If possible, I would like you to wait for two weeks because the handling fee of the overseas remitance is cheaper that way.
