添付は契約更新の書類にサインをしたものです。ご確認ください。
下記は、契約更新において、使い勝手が少し悪かったり古くなって修理が必要だったりする改善が必要な部分をまとめたものです。文章で解り難い部分は添付写真も合わせてみてください。
１）ガレージに置いてある古いガスレンジの撤去をお願いします。入居時に後日撤去すると言われ、そのままの状態。
２）2階バルコニー側窓の網戸が変形し外れてしまった。修理して欲しい。
３）2階の部屋からバルコニーに出る部分の床材が割れているので直してほしい。
４）現在テレビアンテナを屋外からラインを引いてきて2階の窓に挟んで室内迄引いてきているが、画質が非常に不安定であったり、窓から隙間風が入り特に冬は夜寒い為、屋外から壁面に穴を開けて室内にラインを引き込むなどの工事をして欲しい。他の部屋のアンテナは状態更に悪い
５）浴室のシャワーにホースを付けて欲しい。
６）水道の水圧をもう少しあげて欲しい、水の勢いが悪く、洗い物などの作業がしにくい。
７）トイレを流す水の勢いをもう少しあげられないか？水の勢いが弱すぎてトイレが良く詰まり困っている。
