You gave me negative feedback. However, I sent your item correctly and let you know the tracking number. It did take 1 and a half month since it was sent but it reached you safely. The delay in arrival depends on the circumstances of your country's postal service. There's no reason there was any ineptitude on my part. Even from now I would like to deliver wonderful items that are useful to you. I'd like to build an even better relationship with you. Can you remove the negative feedback for me?

Although it took a month and half to receive from the shipment, the item arrived at you without problem.
The delay of arrival was due to the postal condition in your country. That was not my fault. I would like to continue to deliver useful and wonderful item to you. I also would like to build the better relationship with you. Would you please delete the negative feedback?
